For the love of Pinterest

I was house-sitting for a friend when I first set up my Pinterest strategy.

It was 2019. I’d carved out a weekend, read up on best practices, and spent a few focused hours creating and uploading pins — mostly around colour palettes and brand inspiration. I used a Pinterest scheduler to queue up content for the next three months… and then I did nothing. Not a thing.

No daily updates. No stories. No fresh content.

And still — my monthly views climbed.

At one point, my Pinterest account hit 2.4 million monthly impressions, all while I’d long forgotten it existed.
